At Quorn Stone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your natural stone or porcelain tiles. If you have surplus full boxes or have changed your mind, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Return Process

  Notify Our Team

  Contact our customer service department via email within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return request and receive your authorization form.

  Prepare Your Goods

  Ensure all tiles are in their original, unopened packaging and securely fixed to a pallet to prevent breakage during transit, as we can only refund resaleable items.

• 3.
  Arrange Transportation

  Organize a reputable courier to return the goods to our central warehouse, or speak with our team to arrange a professional collection for a pre-quoted fee.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected the returned stock to confirm it is in perfect condition, we will process your refund minus any applicable restocking or collection fees.
